Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance for the deposit to be transferred. If appointment is cancelled in under 24 hours deposit is forfeited.
I offer a 15 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 fee will be applied to your appointment total. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no call no shows!
No call no shows: 1st time next appointment has to be paid upfront, 2nd appointment will result in being blocked from any future bookings.
